NTPC Barh commemorated the 75th Republic Day on January 26, 2024, with grandeur, reflecting on the remarkable journey of India to becoming a global leader. Sh. Vijay Goel, Executive Director, Barh, and Smt. Sangeeta Goel, President, Mandakini Club, graced the event as chief guests. The dignitaries present included CGM-P Sh. Jayadev Parida, GM O&M Sh. Deepak Ranjan Dehuri, GM Opn Sh.Amitabha Bhaumik, GM Maint Sh. Sukhmoy Roy, GM FM Sh. Biswadip Sinha and GM Mech Maint Sh. Ashok Kumar.

The dignitaries also recognized the meritorious PAP-students from various Panchayats by awarding them scholarship. Employees of Barh Project were also awarded for their generous contributions towards making Barh project a great performer among all NTPC Plants mapped across the Indian Subcontinent. The celebration witnessed captivating performances by CISF personnel, members of Bal Bhawan, and students from NDA, NTPC Barh, leaving a lasting impression on both Indian and international spectators.
